I’ve found that griefs that are really legible heal faster. Like when my dad died my entire community swooped in to help me and heal me, and it basically just worked (I was already an adult by then, I imagine if you lose a parent as a child healing is much harder).
Whereas when I’ve experienced smaller griefs that are hard to explain to people, it takes me a lot longer to heal
