Compound Interest and Misleading Averages

I gave an ‘into to investing’ talk to my roommates last year at the dinner table using a small whiteboard and they asked me to make a recording of it, which I said I would do in 2022. Since then, a few other friends have also mentioned being completely lost when it came to investing. This is for them and anyone else who may find it useful. If you want me to make further videos I would be happy to do an introduction to valuing individual companies, or a how and when to use debt while investing, just let me know!
